Shipping is handled from different warehouse locations. This means orders may be split up into different shipments and arrive at different times. Some products give special shipping rates for multiple items ordered. For example shipping for 'Item A' in the US costs $3.50 for the first, and $1.50 for each additional 'Item A' ordered. However if the customer orders two products that are shipped from different warehouse locations the shipping costs will not be combined or reduced at checkout. For example ordering an 'Item A' that comes from 'Warehouse 1', and an 'Item B' that comes from 'Warehouse 2' would result in full shipping costs applied to both products, regardless of size or weight.
If an item has not arrived but shows that it was delivered please check locally before contacting our customer service team. Contacting neighbors or the post office may very well turn up a lost package. If the package is still unable to be located, please contact our customer service team and we will open an investigation. Depending on the outcome of the investigation the customer may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
